Summary of The College

T.G.T. College of Education (Degree & B.Ed.), Ambehta Peerzadgan would come in existence w.e.f. July 2010. The area of Inter College Building has spread over 5200 sq. meter and covered area is about 2500 sq. meter,and the aread of the land of the degree college spread over 5200 sq. meter and its covered area is about 2500 sq. meter, having double storied building for running B.Ed. courses. The details of requirement for running B.Ed. course in T.G.T. College of Education, Ambehta (Peerzadgan) with detailed enclosures for each category is as follows.

1. LIBRARY Rich library has more than 3100 titles of books will multiple copies, number of Journal, several sets of Encyclopedia and sufficient number of Reference Books in different disciplines of study including education. There are two reading halls having total capacity of sitting 100 readers at a time in multi-storied building. The library has been provided with 24 hours internet facility. All this facilities shall be availed and utilized by B.Ed. students. 2. COMPUTER LAB At present there are five computers which multimedia facilities available for B.Ed. students well furnished big computer labs are being provided to the students and they will get computer facilities as per their requirements. 3. INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES Presently the B.Ed. classes are to be started in a double storied building having sufficient class rooms, reading rooms, counseling rooms and administrative offices. The following facilities are available at the college.

Hostel: There is one hostel which accommodates more than 20 boarders.
Class Rooms: There are eight class rooms, besides Principal Room, Multipurpose hall, Multipurpose Room, Seminar Room/Tutorial Room, Library Hall, Store Room, Sports Stone Room, Girls Common Room, Boys Common Room, Arts and Craft Room, Music Room, Socially useful productive work (SUPW) Room Science Lab/Workshop and 2 Halls etc.
Sports Facilities: Indoor and outdoor sports facilities are Available for boys and girls in the pollution free greenish environment.
Electric Facilities: 24 hours water and electric facilities are available in the college.
Toilet Facilities: Separate toilet facilities for boys, girls and for other supporting staff are available in the college.

4. FACULTY STRENGTH
T.G.T College of Education, Ambehta (Peerzadgan) shall take the services of both the permanentaly appointed commissioned teacher employed under its university service as well as the retired and reputed teachers having M.Ed. qualification with specialization in concerned subjects of Education on part time basis if required as per U.G.C/NCTE norm.

5. NON TEACHING STAFF
The college will appoint the required number of administrative and technical supporting staff as per NCTE norms.

6. INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITIES & APPARATUS
The College has sufficient number of instructional apparatus of physics, chemistry, biology and psychology. The college has well established laboratories with modern apparatus which will be utilized for instructive purpose to B.Ed. students.

7. INTERNSHIP
There are more than a dozen schools of various grades which shall be used for internship of B.Ed. students.

8. TIME TABLE
The time table of schools are used i.e. in summer run from 7.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and remaining days from 10.30 to 4.30 p.m

9. INTAKE
The intake capacity proposed for B.Ed course is 100.
